How to submit your extended abstract ?
  • Open an account on the website "Connexion" (top right)
  • Submit the proposal abstract under "Submission of proposal and extended abstract" selecting "extended abstract"

  •  Fill in title / abstract / type / keywords  
  •  Click on "next step" and inform the authors, etc.
  •  Click on "next step" and "download" the document then don't forget to click on "transfer".

 

- Warnings -

The Proceedings include extended abstracts of all papers or posters accepted for presentation during the conference, for which the first author has paid his registration fees by 10 April 2020. They will be distributed to all participants at the opening of the conference in the form of a USB key (and in paper format for those who have requested them with an additional 20 €).

Extended abstracts must be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages all inclusive, including figures and bibliography, in Word format (.doc or.docx) must be submitted by February 14, 2020 under the name FIRSTAUTEUR.doc on this website.

To ensure the best conditions for the publication of the proceedings of the symposium, the Organising Committee (scientific part) asks the authors to respect the following instructions, in order to guarantee the homogeneity of the texts. A style sheet is provided as an example.

They are published in French, or in English with two English and French summaries,followed by keywords in the two languages.

All texts are written in font <Times New Roman> and single-spaced.

The margins (top, bottom, left and right) are 2.5 cm.

The entire text is in body 12, lower-case, single-spaced, without hyphenation in the text, justified, with a first-line paragraph of 0.5 cm. A 6 pt space is defined after each paragraph.

All bibliographic references cited in the text must be fully included in the bibliography.

Figures and tables must be called up in the text before they appear. They should be inserted in the text and not provided separately.

  • The legend of the figures, aligned on the left and written in body 10 with a space of 6 pt FRONT and AFTER, is placed BELOW the figure.

  • Graphics and photographs in.jpg or.png format

  • Do not assemble figures in Word

  • The figures will be in color (ONLY for digital acts) but printed in grayscale (paper acts), so please check their quality Black&White!

The set is composed in body 10, in italics, in lowercase and justified, with a space of 12 pt after the French keywords (format > paragraph > space after : 12 pt) and a space of 18 pt after the English keywords (format > paragraph > space after : 18 pt).

  • The entire text is in body 12, lower case, single-spaced, without hyphenation in the text, with a first line paragraph of 5 mm and justified (format > paragraph > withdrawal > 1st line > positive > 0.5 cm). A 6 pt space is defined after each paragraph (format > paragraph > paragraph > space after : 6 pt). The margins (top, bottom, left and right) are 2.5 cm.

  • The titles (of the parts) in body 12 are aligned on the left, without paragraph and in decimal numbering:

  • The author who writes to the organizers must provide his e-mail address.

  • Figures, illustrations and photographs must be included in the text in *.png or *.jpg format. They are numbered from 1 to n inside the article. The title of the figure is placed below the figure and it is composed in body 10 with a space of 6 pt before and after.

  • The tables must be incorporated into the text. They are numbered from 1 to n inside the article. The title of the table is placed above the table and it is composed in body 10 with a space of 6 pt before and after.

  • The bibliography is composed in Times New Roman, body 10, lower case, single line spacing with a space of 6 pt after. It must comply with the standards commonly accepted in international journals and indicate the names of all authors. Don't forget to check the adequacy between the references listed and the references called in the text..
