Deadlines

  • 22 November  2019 : deadline of pre-registration and submission of proposal abstract
  • 22 December 2019 : notification of abstract approval to the authors
 
 
How to submit your proposal abstract ?
  • Open an account on the website "Connexion" (top right)
  • Submit the proposal abstract under "Submission of proposal and extended abstract" selecting "proposal abstract"

  • Note :The proposal must not exceed 2500 characters. The text of the proposal abstract must be inserted within the dedicated frame (Step 1) and the file must also be attached (Step 3) as shown below.
